Cancel An Upcoming Booking

Need to cancel an upcoming clean?
You can cancel an upcoming clean directly through your booking portal. Use your mobile number on file to log in!

Please note that bookings cannot be cancelled through the portal within 24 hours of the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee. If your clean is scheduled within the next 24 hours, please contact us via email to make any changes.
